Feedback from our fall 2025 DEI Forum was so positive that we’re continuing the discussion during our February DEI Chat! DEI Chats are virtual, small-group conversations among PR professionals, with support from our facilitator, Sarah Bhimani.
Chat attendees will discuss diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and challenges in the workplace, including questions such as:
- What DEI challenges are you facing in your industry or organization?
- What changes, if any, have you made to your diversity, equity and inclusion messaging in response to external pressures (legal, political, cultural)? What has worked, or not worked?
- What resources or approaches could you or your organization use to better support colleagues who are experiencing diversity, equity and inclusion fatigue or fear?
- What’s one bold or creative idea you would like to try in your organization’s diversity, equity and inclusion communications?
