How to Effectively Deal with Stress and Burnout – Now and After the COVID-19 Pandemic

Okay Boomers, GenX, Millennials and Gen Z.

None of us were prepared for a pandemic – it was like a spaceship named COVID-19 landed in our living rooms. We’re all dealing with intense stress and some (okay, many) are also dealing with burnout. How can we effectively manage all of this? Where do we begin? What can we do as individuals, colleagues, managers and C-Suite executives? How can we bring our best selves to work and have an enriching life away from it? The Minnesota Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) is hosting a virtual event via Zoom from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 23: "How to Effectively Deal with Stress and Burnout – Now and After the COVID-19 Pandemic.”

Our panel of experts will provide useful information for PR and other communications professionals across the generations – the Boomers, Generation X, Millennials and Gen Z’ers. There will be Q&A, too. Find out how to reduce stress, be more mindful, laugh often and enjoy life!
